One of the key ingredients to any events success is sponsorship. And to make sponsorship work, it needs to be mutually beneficial. If there is one thing that I have learned as a show promoter, it is to work with people that "get it" and contribute in some way to what the message is, whether that be in working with an event or promoting a product or service. When all of that comes together, than a long term and mutually beneficial relationship is forged. And that is what we're all about, since we are in this for the long run!
Summit Racing Equipment is also clearly in it for the long run.
How did Summit Racing Equipment come to be? Well, it was 1968, and a young engineer owned a big block-powered 1967 Corvette roadster with a 427. He made some connections to get hop-up parts at a discount, and it wasn't long before his drag racing buddies found out and wanted the same deal. From such humble beginnings Summit Racing Equipment was born.

Car Entry Applications; We are now accepting applications for car entry. It seems that each year the amount of prime cars that we accept come in faster every year, and this year is no exception. We have already processed over 100(!) car entries, which is about double what we had at this time last year. The quality and rarity of the cars continues to amaze us. YES...they are out there, and they're coming to MCACN!
Official Unveilings; As mentioned above, applications have been coming in faster than ever, and we have already filled all of our openings for Official Unveilings for 2019. Nobody wants to look at cars that are covered, and our participants certainly don't want to wait any longer than necessary, so we are holding the line with Unveilings every 15 minutes, kicking off at 9:30 am, Saturday morning until 1:00 pm. We have an incredibly diverse lineup, which again includes several one-off cars, several Drag Racers and nearly every make is covered. The lineup is absolutely incredible, and we extend our sincere appreciation to all of the owners and restoration shops that have made the commitment and chosen the MCACN show as The Place to premier your latest restorations. We are truly honored! Of course, if you have a first time shown car and especially freshly restored car, we certainly want you to join us and we will let everyone know! We are committed to presenting the absolute freshest show each and every year.
Vendor Applications are being accepted now by clicking here; Same spaces are held for our previous vendors until 4-15-19. That means if we have any Commercial A (the "big" room) spots after that date, they will be released then and assigned on a first paid basis. At this point, it looks like Commercial A will be sold out. Commercial B spots in the center and rear halls are being accepted now. To lock in your spots, click here; We are again holding the line on pricing, meaning each 12 x 10' Commercial B area space is just $200 per spot. You MUST be automotive related, as we have absolutely no interest in head-set hawkers, travel agencies and other non car stuff being in our show. If you aren't car related, please don't ask! MCACN Official Host Hotels; They are ready! We have FIVE authorized Official Host Hotels. Four are directly across the street and the fifth is just a few blocks away with a free door to door shuttle. Rates start at just $119 at the Crowne Plaza O'Hare and all of them offer extra perks and reduced rate parking for our spectators and our participants. And most importantly, they "get it" and know what we are all about. GREAT Hotels/GREAT Rates and Outstanding Service at ALL FIVE.
"The Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals (MCACN) show has become a dynasty in automotive entertainment" according to the March 2019 issue of Muscle Car Review magazine. We will again fill nearly 400,000 square feet of all indoor exhibit space at the beautiful Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, (suburban Chicago), Illinois. The show will take place Saturday, November 23, from 9 am - 8 pm, and Sunday, November 24, from 9 am - 5 pm. We will again host well over 500 of the finest and most sought after examples of American Muscle and the finest and rarest Corvettes from across the country, Canada and even outside of the United States. Please plan on joining us, and help us spread the word by sharing this and telling your friends!
