Spring Carlisle Up First; April 21-25
When it comes to events, nobody does it better than the Carlisle Events team. And this year they are gearing up for the 2021 season in a big way, starting with the huge Spring Carlisle swap meet, April 21-25. To quote their website, "Spring Carlisle is one of the largest automotive flea markets in the world and one of the best opportunities to get your hands on all things automotive. With 8,100 spaces of vendors selling a vast array of automotive parts, accessories, cars, collectibles and memorabilia, it's almost certain that you won't go home empty handed. Accompanied with the massive automotive flea market and car corral, is the Manufacturers Midway featuring the latest and greatest products & services." So, the bottom line is, if you can't find it, you aren't looking hard enough!
And that is just the start. Of course, our favorite events are the Ford Nationals (June 4-6), All GM event, (June 25-26) and the Chrysler Nationals, (July 9-11) along with the Corvette event August 26-28, which is among the largest All Corvette events in the world, and an absolute must do for any Corvette enthusiast. But that's not all, as they also host great events for Imports, Trucks and several additional swap meets. Believe me when I say, the Carlisle Events teams do it right, with awesome service, easy to navigate grounds and great food. All the ingredients you need for a truly outstanding event, no matter what brand you are into.

Events We are Attending; The season is kicking off, and we are thrilled to be planning on attending plenty of great events. We will have displays set up at Mecum Indy, The Ann Arbor Bicycle Show, Bloomington Gold in Indy, Chicagoland Mopar Meet in Belvidere, IL., The Concours d'Elegance of America in the metro Detroit area, The Cruisin' Tigers Indian Uprising, The Mopar Nationals in Ohio, The Pure Stock Muscle Car Drags, the huge Morris Lions show and swap and then Mecum Chicago in Schaumburg. Of course, I'll be hitting a bunch more, running around (without a display), including the Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle to talk to as many people as possible, spreading the word!

Looking for...While many of our special displays are full, and we have received over 400 entries already for the show, there are a few cars we really want to see in the show. This includes Big Body 4-speed cars of any make, REAL Day2 cars, Boss 351's and Shelbys, C1 Corvettes, GTO Judges and as always, great prime examples of American Muscle of the 60's and 70's, especially those rarely if ever shown.

Life is Good...and getting better! We have all had to deal with way more than we ever expected to this past year. Shut downs, unprecedented health issues, stay at home orders, the passing of friends and family members and so much more. Makes me really appreciate each and every day that can be spent with family and friends, and being able to take part in great events where we get to share our passion for the things and the people we love. Let's not forget just how valuable each and every day is, and how friendships, even with those we may only see once a year is truly valuable. Thanks to all of you that allow me to live my dream, even with disruptions!
