Official Host Hotels; Not Too Early to Book Your Rooms!
At the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals, we pride ourselves in making sure we accommodate not only our participants, but our all important spectators too. And that is why we "go to bat" for you to secure great rates and extra perks with not just one or two, but SEVEN Official Authorized Host Hotels. So what does that mean for you? Well...allow me to explain. While many of you join us annually and know how we pretty much take over the entire Rosemont community, some think we are in Chicago. While Chicago is nearby, (about a half hour ride), Rosemont is a suburban community that has darn near everything you could ever want. The Rosemont Entertainment District, which is within walking distance of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, a big movie theater, indoor sky-diving, a bowling alley and there is also a really nice 130 store outlet mall a few blocks away. Fact is, you can easily fly into Chicago O'Hare Airport and take a shuttle to your hotel, with no need to rent a car.
SEVEN Official Host Hotels. We work directly with SEVEN area hotels. They know what we do and welcome our event. Five of them are literally directly across the street, one is a few blocks away (the aLoft) and one is a few miles away, with door-to-door shuttle service to the convention center. Rates start at just $124.00 per night at the Crowne Plaza and two are connected via an overhead skybridge, (the Hilton and the Hyatt) which means those of you that prefer to stay warm don't have to brave the outside weather!
Five of our Official Host Hotels have direct booking links up NOW. You can secure your rooms and be right in the middle of the MCACN action. The other two, (the Hilton and the aLoft) will have direct booking links up real soon.
Please note; these are the ONLY Official Authorized MCACN hotels. We will NEVER solicit your hotel business and if you ever get anything offering MCACN Special Hotels, delete or hang up, as they are unauthorized scams. This also applies to anyone offering MCACN mailing or vendor/participant lists; these are SCAMS and in no way, shape or form affiliated with us.
While we are all anxious to get back out there with our "Babies', (I know I am!) it really isn't too early to make your plans for MCACN. The dates are Saturday, November 23, and Sunday, November 24, 2024. Don't hesitate, as our MCACN people booked well over 2,000 room nights last year and as always, the DoubleTree and the Embassy Suites always sell out well in advance, as do the others as we approach the event. Note from Vicki: Every year we get frantic calls about hotel rooms, we DO NOT have any extra hotel rooms available, be sure you take a few moments and book while they all still have rooms available, Thanks
