Ok, let's be honest; we like to brag about the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show. With more than 15 years now under our belts, there is no doubt that the MCACN show is the biggest and best all indoor specialty show devoted to American Muscle, with an emphasis on the years of 1961-1971. Sure, we always have a whole lot more on the show floor, and we pride ourselves in presenting plenty of unexpected treasures, but good old fashioned American Muscle is where our heart is.
With that being said, Mecum Auctions, our Title Sponsor also loves American Muscle. Simple fact is that nobody sells more American Muscle than Mecum; NOBODY! Whether you are just getting into the hobby or have a collection that numbers in the hundreds, Mecum is the place to be. And from January 7-19, Kissimmee, Florida is where it is happening. With over 4,500 offerings this year, the docket covers all the bases. Of course, there are several incredibly significant cars that are crossing the block. You most likely have seen the 1969 Porsche 917k that is the actual car from the movie LeMans. It was purchased by Steve McQueen and he personally drove it in the movie in numerous race scenes. Of course, the full history is well documented, and it was fully restored by Cavaglieri Restorations of Van Nuys, California, completed in August 2024. What you may not know is that it has been part of comedian Jerry Seinfeld's personal collection since 2001. It was restored to its 1970 specifications as seen in the 1971 movie “LeMans” and as driven by Steve McQueen, while also refreshing its mechanical components. This is truly one of the most iconic automobiles ever offered at auction. Yes...we know it isn't a Muscle Car, but who can question its historical significance?
But then, maybe you are in the market for the perfect Corvette. Well, with about 500, (YES: 500!) crossing the block literally from 1953-2025, you'll have plenty to choose from! How about a MCACN Triple Diamond winning L/88 or L/89? Check and check! Perhaps a Tanker '63 Z06? Yep! Perhaps you prefer a C3; will they have the bases covered with everything from a base coupe on up to several mighty L/88's. Whew! I know the ones with MCACN Triple Diamond status will be breaking records.
So maybe you missed out on snagging one of the last of the mighty modern Mopars? Not a problem as there are RT's, SRT's and more Hellcats than you have ever seen in one place. Demon 170? Yes indeed, in nearly every color and even one of the super scarce Super Stock factory drag cars. And of course, some prime 70's and 71's! (and plenty of 'cudas, Chargers, Roadrunners, GTX's and of course, Wing Cars too).
Chevrolet fans will certainly be watching the many Yenko's and Chevelles, including several prime LS6's. And how about the pair of real-deal Penske Trans Am Camaros that you saw in the lobby of our recent show? Talk about a rare opportunity! And then we have the GTO's, Firebirds, GS's, 442's, Shelbys and Mustangs, including numerous Boss's and of course, some gorgeous Cobras and several incredible (and very real) GT40's! HOTEL UPDATE: Contracts are signed and links are now up for the Crowne Plaza and the Hyatt. Booking links for the DoubleTree, the Embassy Suites, the Loews, the Hilton and the aLoft will be up soon. Remember; these are the only Official Host Hotels for the MCACN show and each will offer MCACN exclusive special rates, reduced rate parking and extra perks. Please note: we will never call or email you to solicit hotel business and if you ever get contacted by anyone outside of our eblasts; they are SCAMS. Delete and block them.

MCACN SWAG NOW ONLINE: We always get requests for cool MCACN swag after the show, and we now have an online store for you. We have several of our Official 1/64th scale Event Cars, (including the '64 Royal Bobcat GTO!), some of our In Search of the WINGED Holy Grail books, a few of our MCACN signs and some T-shirts and sweat shirts. All of these items are limited and when they are gone, they're gone! As we unpack and sort, additional items will be added, so check back periodically.
