Mopars Head to Carlisle Chrysler Nationals
We are honored to have the Carlisle Events team as an Official Sponsor for the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show. When it comes to professionalism in producing shows, these folks have it down to a science. With a truly outstanding crew, excellent service and a facility that is perfect for an outdoor event whether you are a participant or a spectator, they have the bases covered. With 11 events on their annual calendar, they certainly have a show for you. And this week, it is everything Mopar and we are heading out there to enjoy the festivities.
Features this year include 50th Anniversary displays for the Super Bee and Roadrunners along with the 340 powered cars and the Hemi Darts and Barracudas, their awesome Survivors display and way too much more to list. Also of note is the Hurst “show within the show” across the street. This really is an additional show, and a must do as they feature all things Hurst related, whether Mopar or not. And then we have the Mopar Hall of Fame celebration, taking place Saturday night. MCACN is an Official Sponsor for this, and we are pleased to see out good friend Steven Juliano is being inducted this year. There could not be a more deserving and dedicated guy anywhere in our hobby. Congrats Steven!
In addition to all of the special displays, you will find literally thousands of cars, row after row of swap vendors, the manufacturers midway and a veritable who’s-who of the Mopar world. And if that isn’t enough, throw in a bunch of free seminars, activities for the kids and even a Women’s Oasis. Yep...they have the bases covered! The show takes place Friday-Sunday, July 13-15 and gates open Friday and Saturday at 7 am and Sunday at 9 am. Of course, I’ll be looking for cars to invite to the Tenth Anniversary Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show. I’ll be mobile, as there is far too much to see for me to be tied to a booth. The weather forecast looks great, so pack up the sunscreen and tie on your most comfortable shoes.

If you are joining us with a car, please make sure we have nice pictures, as we want to show what is joining us this year when we return to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, (suburban Chicago), just minutes from Chicago O’Hare Airport. Vendor Space; Commercial A is nearly sold out, and with rates of just $300.00 per 10 x 12’ spot, it’s no wonder! Commercial B space is also filling fast, with well over half full already, and 10 x 12’ spots in B are only $200.00. Please plan now to join us when we return to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, (suburban Chicago), Illinois for our Tenth Anniversary event. The show will take place Saturday, November 17, from
9 am – 8 pm, and Sunday, November 18, from 9 am – 5 pm. We were called “Motorhead Mecca” in the recent Hemmings Muscle Machines magazine. If you don’t know why, you really need to see for yourself!
