Pleased to Announce the Return of Courtney Hansen!

Several times since our inception, we have had the honor of having Courtney Hansen  with us for the MCACN show. Although we pride ourselves in keeping things fresh and new, as the saying goes; "due to popular demand!" we are excited to have her back.

Being a real-deal "Car Girl", Courtney grew up in Minnesota, where her family owned the Brainerd International Raceway. Never one to be afraid of getting her hands dirty, she would often help her Dad, an accomplished racer himself who won 27 national SCCA Championships. Of course, she would also learn just how much fun it was to be behind the wheel!

Many know Courtney from the hit TV show Overhaulin' or as Host of the Power Block. Well, if you haven' heard, she has a brand new show on the History Channel and FYI called "The Ride That Got Away" that made a big enough splash that it has already been renewed for another season. She is also serving as executive producer of the new series. Courtney is the co-host of The Ride alongside world-renowned car designer Troy Ladd. On the show, Hansen and Ladd repair, restore and re-imagine a favorite car that got separated from its former owner somewhere along the way.

After locating a suitable similar car, they make it far better than it ever was. Then Courtney, Troy and the crew present it to the "former" owner. And, since car submissions are made by family members unbeknownst to the ex-owners, the surprise factor is very, very high.
You can bet that tears are shed!

Courtney will be with us Saturday, November 23, and Sunday, November 24. She will be helping us pull the cover off many of our Premier Unveilings, kicking off at 9:30 am Saturday morning. She will do autograph signing sessions in several of our Official Sponsor displays, and of course, hanging out all weekend to meet you! Welcome back, Courtney!
