As you know, I do a lot of traveling on behalf of the MCACN show. Sometimes to network with collectors and restorers, often for meetings and sometimes to attend various events throughout the country. One thing I have noticed is that arranging accommodations can often be challenging, especially at some of the larger events. At MCACN, we take this seriously, as we know that if you don't have a convenient and affordable place to stay, you may not attend our show. And that is why I deal directly with area hotels to get the very best deals with people that want to earn our business.

Again this year we have FIVE Official Host Hotels. Each has its own personality, and four of the five are located directly across the street from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. They all offer special rate parking along with additional extra perks. These are available not only to our participants, but to our spectators also.

DoubleTree O'Hare; As many know, this has become "party central" since our inception. If you really want to immerse yourself in the MCACN experience and be surrounded by MCACN people, this is the place. They also kick things off with a welcome reception for registered guests Friday night. The rate here is $142 King or Double and they offer $15 daily self parking.
Why Stay Here: As mentioned, this is MCACN "Party Central" and lots of fun. Gibson's Steak House is also right off the main lobby, which is a popular dinner spot!

Embassy Suites; Again, right across the street and quite lively during MCACN week. This all suites hotel has larger rooms and an exceptional full made to order breakfast is included. I highly recommend their omelettes! The rate here $167 King or Double and they also offer $15 daily self-parking. They have a nightly complimentary Managers reception with beer, wine and hors-duerves, yet another great place to mingle with like-minded MCACN folks.
Why stay here; Nice, big rooms and a full breakfast; great way to start the day!

Crowne Plaza-O'Hare; Prime location right across the street and just a couple blocks from the big 130 store outlet mall. Offering the lowest rate at just $122 King or Double, the Crowne was recently remodeled and they have the cool Bill Murray's Caddy Shack restaurant onsite, another MCACN hangout.
Why stay here? This is one of the most fun places, filled to capacity with MCACN folks. The Caddy Shack bar/restaurant is pretty awesome too.

The aLoft; This is one of the newest area hotels and very stylish. If you have ever stayed at an aLoft, you know what I mean. Located just behind the Crowne Plaza right across the street from the Outlet Mall, they offer a door to door shuttle allowing you to keep your coats in your room. The rate here is $132 King or Double, and they are hooking us up with $10 daily parking. Everyone I know who has stayed here loves it, and returns year after year.
Why stay here; Very classy place and perfect if you are bringing along someone who may want to spend some time shopping. Complimentary door to door shuttle service is a neat feature too.

The Hilton O'Hare; *NEW* We are honored to add the Hilton O'Hare to our list of approved Official Host Hotels. We know we have a lot of people that prefer staying at a Hilton nationwide, and this one is beautiful, and again, right across the street. Connected via an overhead walkway, you can stay here and never go outside! The rate is $155 King or Double and they also offer $15 daily parking along with complimentary in room internet access.
Why stay here? If you join us from a warmer climate, you can stay inside all week! Nice big rooms, several dining opportunities and a great location.

Hopefully this will help you decide which hotel best suits your needs. Remember that ALL are conveniently located and with the Rosemont Entertainment District, the huge outlet mall and a wide variety of area bars and restaurants all within walking distance, they all meet our needs. It is not too early to book your rooms, and you can do so now by using the direct booking links found here;

AND REMEMBER...We will never solicit hotel business or authorize anyone else to do so on our behalf. I personally negotiate these deals well in advance with people that are familiar with the needs of our MCACN participants and spectators. If you ever get a call or e-mail from anyone saying they represent us or are authorized on our behalf, HANG UP or immediately delete their e-mail!

Thanks and hope this helps!
