Jim Mattison to Host Ram Air Firebird Invitational

Last year at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show our good friend and PHS Automotive Services CEO Jim Mattison played host to a stellar group of Ram Air Pontiac GTO's. This Invitational display featured the history of one of Pontiacs hottest High Performance engine offerings, with GTO's from the earliest Ram Air optioned '66 on up to the end of the era 1972. To say these were the best of the best would be an understatement, as Jim hand picked and personally invited every car. The participants joined us from across the country, and they were as awesome as the cars!

This year Jim has again stepped up, putting the spotlight on the Ram Air equipped Firebirds. Starting with the earliest examples and extending to 1974, you will see a timeline display that really tells the story. The Ram Air option was at the top of the list, and these cars represent the pinnacle of Pontiac Performance. What many don't know is that this option was offered from 1967 all the way up to 1974. Yes...you could still build some Pontiac Excitement, even in '74! Seeing even one true Ram Air Firebird is a treat, so you know that with Jim at the helm you will most likely see the finest gathering of these cars ever gathered under one roof. We will also have TWO Premier Unveilings in the display this year! Special Thanks go out to Jim for again stepping up to coordinate what is sure to be an awesome display, with great cars and even better owners. And that is what it's all about.

We are committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety and
well being of our customers and employees.

Currently the Convention Center follows and practices the prevention strategies set forth by the CDC and EPA and adheres to the recommendations set forth in the U.S. EPA’s emerging Pathogen Policy regarding cleaning disinfectants. The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center has responded to this event by taking several actions, which we will outline as we get closer to the show. Also remember, our show is in ROSEMONT, NOT CHICAGO. Rosemont is a safe suburban area, located near the O'Hare Airport. Everything you need is within walking distance of the Convention Center, with four of our five Official Host Hotels located right across the street, with the fifth just a few blocks away with a free door to door shuttle. There is also a 130+ store outlet center and all kinds of restaurants. For direct booking links for the great deals on our Official Host Hotels, click here;

We hope you will join us when we return to Rosemont, Illinois November 21-22. For more information or to submit an application for your car or for your automotive (only) business, go to www.mcacn.com.

COLLECTOR CAR FRAUD TIP - AUGUST
    "Numbers Matching"

The meaning of a "Numbers Matching" car has been fraudulently distorted in the collector car field. Numbers matching is what is known as a "term of art"
as it means -      Authentic, Original, Valid, Real
It does not refer to a collector car that has had some of its parts or vehicle identification number altered/forged.

Learn more at the Collector Car Fraud Seminar on Nov 21 - 1PM  brought to you by Bruce Shaw Esquire- famous "motor head" attorney.
