Chicagoland Mopar Connection Is Geared Up and Ready!
CMCC Hosts Their 30th All Mopar show and swap this weekend and we can't wait. We are honored to have many of the CMCC members on the MCACN staff and our Judging team. In fact, several of the hardest working members of our team are deeply involved in making this show happen too. The weather forecast is perfect, and we have seen over 500 cars show up. We always find some great and unexpected cars along with cool stuff in the swap. Saturday is geared to the Charger and late model enthusiasts while Sunday is the "big day" with row after row of prime Mopar Muscle and more. Whether it's a Vintage car or a Muscle Machine, new or old, they'll have the bases covered. This is a really great event and the CMCC crew makes it a lot of fun. We will be set up in one of the buildings, (our usual spot!) and walking the aisles both days. C'mon out, see some great cars, buy some parts or collectibles and enjoy a show that is fun for everyone. I know that Official MCACN Sponsor Mark from Magnum Restorations will be there and of course, the Mopar Collectors Guide crew. Our good friend Jim from the Quad Shop usually makes the trek too and I know our friend Cal Anderson will have all kinds of cool collectibles. Speaking of Mopars, Congratulations are in order to our friends and MCACN Official Sponsors Carlisle Events on yet another record smashing event. Led by Ed Buszeskie, they played host to nearly 3,000(!) cars last weekend. We were there and believe me, it was a great weekend for all of us. The level of enthusiasm is off the hook, and the many people that shared their excitement about the upcoming Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show, November 20-21, made my own excitement level even higher than it already is! And as always, we extended the invitation to several truly prime Mopars!
