PRO TOURING 101; SOMETHING NEW AND EXCITING FOR MCACN 2023

While the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals is known worldwide as the "Go-To" place to see the best of the best and the rarest of the rare in the factory stock Muscle Car world, we always like to keep things interesting and unpredictable. We know that seeing literally hundreds of prime examples of American Muscle restored to perfection and beyond is great, but why not spotlight some cool stuff that is, well...flat out awesome, and unlike anything else that is out there?

1959 Imperial Speedster Owner: Murray Pfaff

Murray Pfaff is a designer from Detroit that we have known for years. His creations run the gamut from over the top one-off cars like his own Imperial Speedster to the many national magazine cover cars that you will instantly recognize. This year we are joining forces with Murray to present an entire display of cars, trucks and even the wildest Honda Mini Bike you have ever seen that he designed and built. This group is so far beyond diversified that it will be an absolute must see. From the Malaise Era 442 shown above to the "Double Agent" MGB and a Vega that will blow you away. This group will stop you in your tracks. And in keeping with the MCACN theme of showcasing the best, each and every one of these vehicles have had numerous magazine features and have garnered a lot of BIG awards. And to make things even better, the owners are all super cool too! Murray has an interactive display planned and you'll be able to snag a free poster too. We encourage you to check out the cars (and trucks!) and meet the owners, as each and every one of these vehicles is one-off and unique, with the unmistakable Pfaff Designs touch! THE CAR SHOW PORTION IS FULL! As expected, the response has been nothing short of overwhelming for us this year. The special displays are all set and I can say that the diversity is better than ever. We have vehicles joining us from 39 states and several provinces of Canada this year and nearly all have never been shown with us previously. I can assure you, this show is FRESH and we have some truly unexpected treasures in store for you, no matter what make or model you lean toward. We have well over 500 cars (and trucks!) signed up, but occasionally we get a cancellation, although that is pretty rare. I fill any cancels with vehicles that allow us to keep the show balanced. NOTE: If it is a Barn Find/Hidden Gem, for Vintage or Pinnacle Certification, don't bother asking as those "standby" lists are already long. The Concours judging deadline has also passed, so we are unable to add-on any Concours judging for cars that are currently registered as Non Judged/Pick Eligible. Please don't ask!

HOTEL UPDATE: As you should know by now, we work hard to make sure we have great deals at great hotels. Youth Judges at MCACN

KIDS STUFF; We are proud to be able to host all kinds of FREE and interactive stuff for the kids too. We have expanded our Youth Judging Program, Presented by NCM Insurance, and each and every participant will get an exclusive Kids Club T-Shirt and a cool backpack filled with neat stuff.

Our friends from the Nostalgia Pro Stock group are even setting up one of their cars for the kids to "try on for size" complete with a drivers suit and helmet!

MEET THE FUTURE PANEL DISCUSSION: Yes...there is a future for our hobby and we'd like to prove it! Meet some of our younger enthusiasts who will share stories of what they are into and how they became involved, Saturday afternoon in the Awards/Ballroom area.
