RediRad Steps up With NEW Award
We are truly committed to keeping this great hobby going and encouraging those who may be younger than most of us to join us, whether as a participant or a spectator. Earlier we introduced the Titan Lifts program, which invites everyone 21 years of age and under to join us at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show for FREE, and to add even more incentive, those 21 and under that join us also get a chance to win a 4-post Titan Lift, ($2,500.00 value). Whew..now that’s stepping up!
Today we are pleased to announce our good friend Matthew Planning also wants to help us encourage the younger folks. Unfamiliar with RediRad? In short, think of RediRad as a way to seamlessly enjoy your choice of music from any smart phone, i-device, MP-3 or portable CD player to WITHOUT dash-hacking, wire-cutting or radio-gutting. Imagine adding an auxiliary input capability to the factory radio in your vintage vehicle or daily driver for under a hundred dollars!
The RediRad is fast becoming the proper choice among car collectors who want to listen to more than broadcast radio but also demand originality and preservation of their Freedom Machines' dashboards. Of course, Matthew will have his display at MCACN showcasing his products, located in the “big” room in front of the Barn Find/Hidden Gems area.
So Matthew decided to create and present a very special award specifically for one of our participants that is 21 or under. This award will be personally presented by Matthew on Saturday Nov 19 to a participant that not only has a great car, but also exemplifies the spirit of the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show and our hobby. This year we have more younger participants than ever, and we want to do everything within our power to make sure this trend continues.
This fine award, combined with the new Titan Lifts program and of course our Shining Star awards, Sponsored by ProArc for participants under 25 years of age, and the Hagerty Youth Judging Program, certainly help us in our quest to bring and keep more younger people in this hobby, assuring the future for the MCACN show and all of us with the true passion for horsepower that we all enjoy, for many years to come.

The Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show will take place Saturday, November 19, from 9 am – 9 pm, and Sunday, November 20, from 9 am – 5 pm. We will again fill nearly 400,000 square feet of exhibit space in the beautiful Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, (suburban Chicago), Illinois, just minutes from the Chicago O’Hare Airport with well over 500 examples of overpowered American Muscle along with over 200 automotive (only) vendor spots.
