Spreading The Word at the Mopar Nationals
This week we head to National Trail Raceway near Columbus, Ohio for the 44th Mopar Nationals. Another weekend we look forward to all year long, as we reunite with old friends and meet a lot of new ones. With rows and rows of prime Mopars of every generation and a nice, big swap meet, there is plenty to see and do. And of course, one of the big features is the non-stop drag racing! I can always count on lining up some great cars so if you have a Mopar you'd like to show with us at MCACN, be sure to stop by our display. I would certainly love to see a few more HEMI B-Body convertibles for our "Red Carpet" Invitational display up front, so if you own one of these rarities, let's talk. Jim Kramer of Kramer Automotive will be there, and he is coordinating an A-990 special display for us this year, so again, if you have one please consider joining us. And speaking of our special displays, we are also on the hunt for real 1970 FM3 and FJ6 cars. Dan Pausch along with his brother Eddy have already lined up a stellar group, but as always, we are on the hunt!
We will be set up in our usual spot right in the main midway area, across from the big Mopar Nats Merch and check-in tent. Look for the MCACN banners and stop by to see what we have in store for the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show, November 22-23. It is a BIG year for our Mopar Aficionados, and along with our special Mopar themed displays we have some prime Premier Unveilings, some incredible Barn Finds including several from the Mopars 5150 crew that you don't want to miss along with our good friend Bob Jennings, who will be sharing not only two of his Alaska journey Superbirds, but also talking about his adventures on the awards stage Saturday. And that is just the beginning....
The Nats take place Friday, August 8 - Sunday August 10, and as always we will be there early and may well be the last to leave. Again this year we will also be hosting the Mopar Nationals Model Car Contest on Saturday, with FREE ENTRY for everyone. Bring as many model cars as you can as we want to fill the tables! Rob Wolf from Mopar Collectors Guide will be joining us again to shoot all of the entries, and don't forget to renew your subscription to MCG while you're there!

The Brothers Collection 1st Annual Cruise In, Sunday, August 17
This is an event you won't want to miss! There will be celebrity judges, all day raffles, local car-related vendors, great food trucks, and so much more. This event also includes admission to the Brothers Collection museum. Special Guest Courtney Hansen will be there all day signing and autographs and posing for pictures! More on this next week.
