How do I get my Show Car or Vendor Set Up to Rosemont?
Of course the easiest way to transport your vehicle to the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Show is via Reliable Carriers, the Official Transporter of the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Use Reliable Carriers to transport your vehicle to the MCACN show and get GUARANTEED Indoor Loading/Unloading, bypass the staging lot lines and get onsite MCACN Staff Concierge. Call Bob Sellers , Vice President, at 1-800-521-6393 ext. 6262 or email bsellers@reliable-carriers.com for rates and reservations

Exhibitors will proceed to the Rosemont Theatre upon arrival. This is where we check gas levels and stage rigs to enter the building.

What Should I do to prepare for Move-In?
All Vehicles that will remain in the building must have 1/4 tank of gas or less, by order of the Fire Marshal. Whether you are shipping your car with Reliable Carriers or not, you will need to be sure your car has no more than 1/4 tank of gas to be approved to stay in the building by the Rosemont Fire Marshal. We are not allowed to siphon gas at the show, so be sure you have 1/4 tank or less...
That hangtag with the sticker affixed that is in your Move-In Packet should be hung from your rearview mirror. This way when you arrive at the staging lot and our staff sees your rig, they will know if you have arrived at the right Day/Time. If you have a Thursday sticker, there is no problem arriving on Friday instead. (Friday stickers are not allowed into the building on Thursday, because we use those areas for semi truck and large trailer unloading)
Thanks for your patience during this process. In order to open a show to the public we must adhere to the Fire Regulations of the Village of Rosemont. Once you are inside the Convention Center, please be patient as we are trying to move hundreds of trucks and trailers without damaging any cars/property or injuring people. We realize this process can be challenging after a long drive to Rosemont and we thank you for your smile and cooperation.
****You may be told that you cannot park your car in its assigned spot for a while, sometimes several hours or more. Please be patient as we continue to use the show-floor for trailer unloading to allow for the maximum number of exhibitors to unload inside the building as quickly as possible.

When will I get the Move-In Packet?
The move-in letters will be mailed to every registered exhibitor in the show. Everyone registered before Oct 13, 2024 should receive a large move in envelope by October 31, 2024. (Canada may take longer) Let me know, by email, if you do not receive your move-in letter by Nov 1, 2024. People who registered after Oct 13, 2024, will be sent as soon as we are able. This time of year is very busy, so if you registered late, we will send yours as we are able. (It pays to register early) If you dont get a Move In Packet of some sort by Nov 5, 2024 Let Me Know right away.
Your letter will say "Your Move In Time is" and then a window of time.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to arrive during the window of time listed on your move in letter don't panic! You are always welcome to arrive AFTER your scheduled move-in time**. The building is filled in a certain order so please Do Not arrive before your scheduled move-in time, as you may have to wait longer than necessary while others who have arrived at the correct time are moved in before you, and you may impede the traffic flow, causing delays for others. The assigned time is based on where your assigned spot is on the floor plan.
We try to fill in this order: Zone 1 , the Ballroom and Zone 4, then Zone 2, then on Friday most of Zone 3 and finally Zone 5. This maximizes the floor space for unloading trailers and speeds up the process considerably.
* *Exhibitors MUST arrive before Overhead doors are locked

*Note: Assembling 700 letters and matching the envelope to the letter to the windshield sticker to the trailer tag is quite a feat. We don't have an automated system like a company like WOW or Amazon, we do everything individually by hand. The office staff is very small (1 full time person and 2 part time) Occasionally we make a mistake. If you received a letter in error or any of the parts don't match one another, LMK and I will fix it asap. Thanks for your patience.
SAFETY NOTE: Occasionally someone sends out an email or phone call using a reference to the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals which has nothing to do with us. Recently a vendor sent us a copy of an email that referenced MCACN that was not related to us in any way. FYI-- We will NEVER offer you any lists, or information. We don't share our mailing list. Do not Click on any links sent by any outside sources offering goods or services related to MCACN. Use Caution in this age of electronic communication-If you get something and it looks like it originated with Bob or Vicki Ashton, you can call us for verification at 586-549-2887. These are emails and calls are scams.

Every year we have people who reach out to us asking to volunteer on our MCACN Show Team. Many of these volunteers have now been a part of MCACN for over 12 years! Our volunteers understand the value of collector cars and the car community because they are, or were, classic car owners themselves.
Every year we also have a few good people who are travelling with the person who is showing their car, and these good people offer to assist the MCACN Team with tasks associated with the show, We treasure these people too.
Often this special person is the "Plus One" of the car owner, sometimes a significant other or relative who may want to do something during the show.
We invite you to nominate your *plus one* to join the MCACN Team and assist us with the show. This would only entail a few un-paid, volunteer hours, but could be more in some situations if your Plus One was interested.
